Andrew Allison, PE is a licensed Civil Engineer in the Charlotte Land Development group. Specializing in landsite development, Andrew has experience in construction plan design and permitting, creating cost estimates, and stormwater design as well as building service-oriented customer relationships. |
Will Altman, PE is a site/civil Project Manager at the Timmons Group Raleigh office with experience providing engineering design support, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility and site development design for various public and private clients. He is involved in the design process from schematic-level design and permitting through bidding and construction administration. |
Tim Asimos, CPSM leads Timmons Group’s marketing, communications, business development, and pursuits teams as Chief Marketing Officer. He serves as the strategic driver of the firm’s brand and growth initiatives—overseeing efforts that enhance market presence, elevate client experience, and align marketing strategy with business goals across all markets. |
Shawn Balon, PLA, ASLA is the Studio Director at Timmons Group’s Richmond office, bringing more than twenty years of experience across the design, education, and nonprofit sectors. Throughout his career, he has collaborated on nationally and internationally recognized projects with award-winning firms in Florida, Texas, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Beijing, China. |
Katie Bradley, PE leads a team of engineers in Timmons Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, where she specializes in land development for residential and commercial projects throughout North and South Carolina. She brings extensive expertise in site planning, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and regulatory coordination, and works closely with developers, municipalities, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. |
Alan Christoe, PE is a Senior Project Manager with the Renewable Energy team, managing and providing engineering design for a variety of solar projects. Alan has over 20 years of experience working in civil site engineering on solar, residential, commercial, urban mixed-use, highway and mass transit sites. |
Bryan Cichocki, PE is a Senior Project Manager with more than 13 years of experience in land development with a wide array of expertise. He has experience both designing and leading teams for public and private clients ranging from commercial, K12, market rate housing, affordable housing, industrial, historic, civic, data center, and ultra urban. Bryan engages with clients, stakeholders, consultants, reviewers, and our staff daily to manage and forecast project needs. |
Colby Dechiara is a Project Manager within Timmons Group’s Virginia renewable energy practice, providing civil design services for solar and related projects across the United States. He joined Timmons Group directly out of college, where he developed strong expertise leading civil design efforts to obtain Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) approvals from local authorities having jurisdiction, as well as Stormwater Management (SWM) approvals from the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, helping advance projects to construction. |
Jeremy Fox, PE is a Senior Project Manager located in our Staunton office. He has over a decade of experience in civil engineering to include land rezoning, conceptual and final design, utility infrastructure, and construction administration. Jeremy is actively engaged in each step of project progression, from concept to completion, with attention to detail and adherence to local and state guidelines. |
Luis Hernandez, PE is a Senior Project Manager with 13 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects. He works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to guide projects from early development through final design, prioritizing constructability, efficiency, and long‑term project success. |
Randy Herx, PLS is licensed in multiple states and has more than three decades of land survey experience. He has extensive experience performing and managing all land surveying activities, including staffing and quality control. His quality control responsibilities include ensuring best practices are followed and that projects meet minimum technical standards, municipal ordinances and requirements, and ALTA/NSPS compliance (when applicable). |
Jessica Johnson has six years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Power Engineering and Systems Planning Group. As an engineer, she consults with clients while contributing an understanding of project impacts and risk mitigation. Jessica has worked with clients who have projects across multiple utilities by analyzing the capability of the system to accept new generation, reviewing results of utility-produced impact studies, and communicating with the utilities to best minimize risk for project cost. |
Heather McLaughlin, CPSM is the Senior Business Development Manager where she leads the Timmons Group business development professionals as well as the Virginia Hampton Roads market with a focus on public sector projects statewide. With more than 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Heather brings deep market knowledge, strategic insight, and a relationship-driven approach to positioning teams for long-term success. |
Brandon Musick, PE leads a production team of engineers in civil engineering design of both private and public land development projects. Combining technical knowledge with a host of field experience, his expertise in stormwater management and hydraulic modeling makes him a key member of any design team. |
Chris Nelson, PE is a Senior Project Manager in Timmons Group’s Urban Development practice. Chris’s experience includes urban and commercial developments, including public and private projects, as well as industrial developments and quarry design. He is proficient in urban site layout design, stormwater management design on tight sites, and fine grading. |
Thad Rich, PE is a Professional Engineer and senior project manager primarily working on the public development sector projects. He has experience managing a wide variety of projects for municipal localities, state and federal agencies and private developers. His experience includes site design of libraries, courthouses, fire stations, and many other projects throughout his career. |
Tim Sheldon, GISP is a Technical Manager on the Geospatial Services Team, specializing in the implementation and ongoing support of Linear Referencing Systems (LRS) for state and local departments of transportation. Drawing on his experience working within transportation agencies, Tim brings a well-rounded understanding of the business, technical, political, and interpersonal dynamics that shape these organizations. |
Jared Squyres, PE is a Senior Project Manager focused on renewable energy infrastructure, with an emphasis on utility-scale solar. His work centers on guiding solar projects across the country from early design through construction, drawing on earlier experience delivering site and infrastructure solutions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, as well as conventional energy facilities. |

Nathan Tate, CSM is a Technical Manager in Timmons Group’s Geospatial Enterprise Solutions practice.
