Bryan is a Senior Project Manager with more than 13 years of experience in land development with a wide array of expertise. He has experience both designing and leading teams for public and private clients ranging from commercial, K12, market rate housing, affordable housing, industrial, historic, civic, data center, and ultra urban. Bryan engages with clients, stakeholders, consultants, reviewers, and our staff daily to manage and forecast project needs. He works closely with our in-house engineers to develop all facets of our designs including layouts, grading, wet and dry utilities, and stormwater management. Beyond the average services Bryan also offers a background in real estate development from his MS at GMU along with an expertise with floodplains. Bryan has a firm belief in strong communication on projects combined with anticipation to plan ahead.

Your first job? I started my own car washing business at 10 yrs old (roofs excluded for height limitations)
A favorite project you’ve worked on? My favorite projects have been those at Monticello as they are with great people and it’s fun to be a small part of the ongoing history.
Your favorite movie? Gone in 60 Seconds
Something about you many people don’t know? I spent 2 years (2018-2020) backpacking around the world with my wife. I interviewed for my position at Timmons Group while living in a campervan in New Zealand.
Your dream vacation destination? Traveling back to Nepal to hike the Annapurna Circuit where our world travels abruptly ended due to Covid.
