The annual recognition highlights firms and projects that made a significant impact on Virginia’s built environment in 2025. Timmons Group was selected as the commonwealth’s Top Engineering Firm, with Springline at District 60 Phase I in Chesterfield County recognized as the firm’s featured project.

Top Projects & Real Estate Deals
Four projects supporting by Timmons Group were named to Virginia Business’s Top Projects list, including: Springline at District 60 Phase I (owned by Chesterfield Economic Development), Chasen (owned by Capital Square), Dan River Falls (owned by The Alexander Company), and the Fairwinds Landing Dominion Marine Coordination Center (owned by Fairwinds Landing LLC).
Additionally, Google land transactions in Chesterfield County, facilitated by Chesterfield County Economic Development, was recognized among the publication’s Top Real Estate Deals.
