With more than two decades of experience, Ben brings deep expertise across the land development lifecycle, from planning and design through construction administration and closeout. Paired with a strong track record client satisfaction, Ben’s ability to navigate complex site engineering and regulatory environments while balancing public- and private-sector priorities makes him a valuable resource for clients managing DMV-area projects.
Before joining Timmons Group, Ben worked on a range of projects across the Baltimore area, including stormwater management and transportation work in Prince George’s County, private student housing in College Park, and residential development in National Harbor, adding valuable depth to the firm’s presence in the region.
