The Timmons Group Economic Development team is focused on creating opportunities for significant investments and job creation. Since 2007, we have helped our local government clients land over $3 Billion in announced investment and over 6,500 jobs created.  We have developed and implemented a Timmons Group Tier System to guide how land owners should strategically invest in getting a site ready for economic development success.  We know the odds for closing a deal significantly increase with the higher level of preparedness and work closely with clients to take legitimate steps towards developing the property by implementing this system.

We have assisted corporate, commercial, municipal, and industrial clients with site identification, evaluation, selection, acquisition, master planning, and development assignments throughout the Southeast.  These project range in size from 10 to 3,000 acres and include working for industrial clients seeking to expand their manufacturing operations as well as small restaurant operators looking to expand their geographic footprint.  Our team utilizes a unique combination of GIS, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Environmental professionals to quickly vet and “down select” a large number of sites to spend meaningful time on those most closely aligned with the needs of our clients.
