We have assisted with site acquisition, master planning, development and positioning of economic development parks throughout the Southeast, ranging in size from 65 to 3,600 acres. We have re-positioned urban real estate through innovative planning and creative infrastructure financing to transform downtowns, and have worked extensively with public and private entities to secure financing to convert industrial sites into lively mixed-use entertainment districts.
