Will is a site and civil project manager in the Raleigh office with experience providing engineering design support including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility and site development design for public and private clients. He is involved in the design process from schematic level design and permitting through bidding and construction administration. Will has experience with various higher education, municipal, commercial, K-12, and industrial projects spanning both new construction and rehabilitation/improvement projects.
