Tom Cannarella, PE, is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, with more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and site design across the full land development lifecycle. He began his career in the industry as a construction field engineer, advanced into civil design, later owned a land development company for 8 years, and has since established himself as a professional land planner, civil engineer, and trusted partner to private and public development clients. His experience includes concept planning, due diligence, permitting, engineering design, and construction support, making him uniquely equipped to guide projects from vision through build-out.
Over the course of his career, Cannarella has supported projects for a diverse range of clients, including SCDOT, University of South Carolina, SC State Museum, City of Columbia, Richland County, Lexington County, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Greenville Airport, Aiken County, Santee Cooper, Fort Jackson, Duke Energy, as well as numerous commercial and residential developers, architects, and private owners.
