Bruce is a Principal in Timmons Group’s Water Infrastructure Practice, leading teams through the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects. With over a decade of experience, he balances technical expertise with a focus on client and community priorities. A licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and an Associate DBIA Professional, Bruce is also active in the industry and previously chaired the VWEA/VA-AWWA Young Professionals Committee.
