Rick Thomas

Rick Thomas specializes in Environmental Services and Energy projects and provides environmental consulting services for a wide range of the firm’s municipal, State, Federal and private clients involving wetland assessment and delineation, stream and watershed assessment, wetland mitigation and stream restoration, as well as site feasibility, design, construction and monitoring. He specializes in Natural Resource Assessments and Facilitating the Regulatory Permitting Process. Rick focuses on developing the Timmons Group energy practice and he is presently developing several alternative energy projects for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Rick lives in Powhatan County with his wife, Susie, and their three children, Amelia, Ella and Brody. Rick enjoys coaching soccer in the local recreational league, staying active volunteering his time in community services, spending time outdoors with his family, camping, gardening and practicing a sustainable lifestyle.
