Rich has been working in the industry exclusively with Timmons Group for about 20 years across several practices within the firm. His multi-discipline experience includes surveying, engineering, and modeling for commercial, industrial, federal, and educational facilities. He has been a project engineer and manager applying knowledge in earthworks, layouts, utilities, stormwater, and site selection across various developments.

Rich’s experience includes full-service site and civil engineering for private and public clients, including in the private commercial, federal design-build, and education sectors. His expertise on the Timmons Group CAD committee for nearly a decade allows him to share his skills directly with employees firmwide.

Rich has lived in Chesterfield for over 19 years and currently resides in the southern part of the county between Pocahontas and Chesdin. He enjoys local parks, shore fishing in coastal Carolina, and family vacations in the Chesapeake Bay and the Outer Banks.
