Mica Hanson is a Project Manager in Timmons Group’s Solutions Development Group, bringing more than 21 years of experience in solutions adoption, technical training, and change management. She specializes in designing creative learning and communication strategies that help clients’ teams seamlessly adopt new technology, from eLearning courses and training videos to user-specific guides and strategic communications.
Mica’s project experience spans geospatial and natural resource technology implementations across the country. She has supported rollouts for the National Association of State Foresters’ Geospatial Accomplishment Reporting Portal (GARP), the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Chronic Wasting Disease database system, and prescribed burn planning tools deployed across multiple Southeastern states.
Her technical skill set includes Learning Management Systems, Articulate 360, PowerBI, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, and AI-integrated content platforms, complemented by expertise in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. Mica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah.
