Lou has over three decades of experience in consulting and project management of Enterprise Asset Management, GIS, and surveying projects. He has experience at the technical consultant leadership level in applying analytical processes to the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of new and improved business processes, GIS tools, productivity tools and services. Previously serving as a GIS and Asset Management Lead, he has provided leadership and guidance in support of business development and with several projects. Lou has significant experience with the Cityworks software platform having personally configured and implemented the software for many previous clients. Lou’s experience in utility, public works, transportation, and community development, design and construction inspection make him a versatile asset for Timmons Group.

Lou lives in Parkton, Maryland with his wife, Marnie, and 3 children (Brooke, Ethan, and Lauren). He enjoys mountain biking, reading, family time, watching Brooke play field hockey, Ethan wrestle, and Lauren sing.

  • What is the best gift anyone’s ever given to you? My family gave me a smoker (for meats) for Christmas. I will have to let you know how it works out!
