Lee Ann Gudorp is a Project Manager in the Private Commercial Land Development Group. Lee Ann’s expertise includes private land development experience with a focus on growing the firm’s Retail Development Program. This program exists to make the development process for our clients more efficient by using a tier system to determine the different phases of a project while minimizing risk. Her notable retail development project experience includes Publix, Target, AAA Car Care Centers, and Panera Bread.

With a personal mission to promote women in the field of engineering and to encourage more women into the fields of science, technology, and management, she remains actively involved in CREW and GRACRE and is proud to serve as the incoming 2020 CREW Membership Director. In addition, Lee Ann has played a pivotal role in developing the Timmons Group Women in Design Program and continues to serve on the leadership committee.

Lee Ann is originally from New Jersey but has called Richmond home for the last 6 years and currently lives in the Forest Hill neighborhood. She enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and focusing on life balance through yoga practice and barre classes.

  • Favorite restaurant? This is a tough one since there are so many great restaurants in Richmond, but one of my recent favorites is Little Nickel in Forest Hill
  • Who do you admire the most? My parents, they’ve served as positive role models for me growing up and as an adult
  • What would your perfect Saturday be like? Starting the day off with a yoga class and then meeting friends to hike the Buttermilk Trail with brunch to follow
