Katie leads a team of engineers in Timmons Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, where she specializes in land development for residential and commercial projects throughout North and South Carolina. She brings extensive expertise in site planning, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and regulatory coordination, and works closely with developers, municipalities, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. Katie has played a key role in guiding complex projects from initial due diligence through permitting, design, and construction.
Katie is passionate about developing the next generation of engineers while continuing to strengthen client relationships. She actively mentors students through classes in the Land Development Design Initiative at Virginia Tech and enjoys supporting the professional growth of her Timmons team members.
Katie lives in Charlotte with her husband, and they are currently expecting their first child. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and making pottery.
