Jim is a Principal in Timmons Group’s Private Residential Division out of the Raleigh, NC office. His group is comprised of engineers, project managers, and designers and covers residential projects from the Triad area to the coast. His group is staffed to oversee any project from concept all the way through construction and final plat. Jim has over two decades of experience providing civil site design and planning services for both public and private clients. He has extensive experience working with single and multi-family communities, commercial, education, and recreational facilities.
