He has led wetland delineations, soil evaluations, stream determinations, and a range of ecological services for Timmons Group. He also manages complex permit applications and coordination at the federal, state, and local levels. He excels in supporting multi-phase, high-profile projects that involve coordination across a diverse group of stakeholders.
He has strong experience in permit compliance, construction oversight, stormwater and erosion control implementation, and preliminary site planning for stormwater facilities.
