Andrew Gould

Drew leads the Public Land Development division. He is responsible for the management and design of public projects including local, state and Federal buildings and institutional facilities including schools, office complexes, correctional facilities, courthouses, libraries and fire/police/EMS facilities. Drew has exceptional project management and coordination capabilities. He routinely works with regulatory agencies and is adept at coordinating large groups of project stakeholders. He manages numerous public sector term contracts including those with Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia State University.

Drew is passionate about community revitalization and champions the firm’s efforts on this front. He has been involved in urban and brownfield redevelopment projects involving complex sites, infrastructure and environmental issues.

Drew is also an expert in Stormwater Management regulations, particularly the Chesapeake Bay TMDL, Virginia VSMP regulations and VPDES MS4 permitting.

Drew lives in Midlothian with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, coaching his sons’ soccer and baseball teams, reading, skiing, playing golf and ice hockey, watching Notre Dame Football, and boating on the James River.
