Overview

Timmons Group’s team of environmental professionals provides HUD Environmental Review consulting services to ensure that a project or activity obtains approval for a Release of Funds per 24 CFR Part 50 or Part 58. Conducting a HUD Environmental Review serves to document that a proposed project or action will not negatively impact the surrounding environment or establishes a strategy to mitigate any infringements. Our staff not only examines the effects on the physical environment but also weighs the effects of the project against the geographic and demographic metrics of the surrounding community to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as required by HUD.
