Overview
Timmons Group served as Zaxby’s corporate civil engineer for new store construction as they expanded their market into Central Virginia. Timmons Group worked with the Zaxby’s team on site design and development for multiple prototype buildings. Site design and development services included plan of development, NPDES permitting, landscaping and lumen plan, plan approvals, geotechnical engineering, and underground utilities.
