Timmons Group provides ongoing support to UNCW through transportation engineering and civil planning services. Recent efforts include pedestrian safety improvements on North MacMillan Avenue, featuring RRFBs, updated crosswalks, bike lanes, and enhanced signage. Current work includes advanced planning for roadway and stormwater upgrades at four key locations on campus. Conceptual plans, cost estimates, and schedules are being developed to evaluate design alternatives, with regular progress meetings guiding alignment with university goals.
