Timmons Group provided civil engineering and construction administration to the UNC School of the Arts Residence Halls A-D for life safety and accessibility improvements. Responsibilities included schematic design and design development, preparation of construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and all construction administration site visits and reviews for a four-month duration.
