Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering for The Lofts at Randall, a private, off-campus student housing complex primarily for students of UNC Wilmington. Featuring 54, four-bedroom units, the community offers a resort-style swimming pool, as well as 221 parking spaces. To meet the coastal stormwater regulations, the entire parking lot system was designed with pervious concrete, making it the first project in Wilmington designed in this manner.
