Super Radiator Coils’ 80,000 SF facility in Chesterfield includes a state-of-the-art manufacturing space designed to support increased production capacity and efficiency. The project features advanced HVAC and ventilation systems to accommodate specialized cooling coil manufacturing processes for industries like food processing, military, and data centers. The facility is designed with reinforced structural components that support heavy industrial equipment. Upgraded electrical infrastructure and optimized workflow layouts were incorporated to enhance operational performance. Located at 451 Southlake Blvd., the facility also includes new employee amenities, such as a modernized café and locker room, improving the workspace for its growing team. The project was honored with the Best Industrial Project award at the 24th annual GRACRE Real Estate Awards, recognizing its impact on the region’s industrial landscape.
