Publix Super Markets, Inc., the Florida-based grocery store chain known for their cleanliness, fresh-store prepared food, and staff helpfulness, has been strategically evolving store concepts north from their roots of Florida and Georgia. Over ten stores have opened in the metro-Richmond area since the first one opened at Nuckols Place Shopping Center in Glen Allen in July 2017. Timmons Group’s private land development team has provided a full array of land development services including site engineering, landscaping; wetland permitting and site surveying as part of their Retail Development Program.
