Overview
Ardagh Metal Packaging USA, Inc. operates seven production facilities across North America, providing metal packaging production. As their business demands expanded, Ardagh contracted Timmons Group for the design and construction of two industrial wastewater pretreatment systems, to be located on two separate facilities. Timmons Group provided innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions for these vital projects.
Both facilities were required to be constructed simultaneously, enforcing strict scheduling compliance by both the client and Timmons Group. The installation of process equipment had an extremely tight timeline, and all design and construction changes requested by the client were made in the field. It was essential that construction timeframes were compressed, due to additional processes affecting installation. In addition to design and construction, Timmons Group was responsible for all start up tasks as well as operator training.
