Timmons Group provided civil engineering services for this 5,000 square-foot site, located in Virginia Beach at Holland Road and Warwick Drive, and provided services to their franchise in Richmond, Virginia. Timmons Group provided land title survey, site plan development, stormwater management design, wetland delineation, construction administration, and planting plans.
