Timmons Group delivered surveying, civil design, stormwater, permitting, and construction administration services for a new 6,500 SF single-story Marine Mart facility in New River Jacksonville, NC. The structure replaced a nearby facility and includes a Subway and a barber shop. Construction was completed in September 2015.
