Overview
Timmons Group’s Raleigh survey team partnered with Pulte Group to support the design and construction of Cambria, a new residential community located on New Bethel Church Road in Garner, North Carolina. The development will feature 115 townhomes and 280 single-family detached homes.
As part of the early design phase, our survey team conducted 33 test pits to verify the location and condition of existing utilities. These reports are helping our residential engineering team design the new waterline alignment, reducing the risk of conflicts during construction and supporting a smooth, efficient project delivery.
