Not only do we offer a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits, we also offer annual reviews and salary adjustment, mid-year goal check-ins each spring, year-end compensation each December, and overtime for eligible employees.

To address this, Liberation Veteran Services (LVS) has built a proven, low-demand program that meets Veterans where they are, focusing on connection, dignity, and long-term stability. In 2023, LVS introduced Veterans Village, a new supportive housing development designed to elevate the program`s experience.
Veterans Village will replace "barracks-style living" with private bedrooms and bathrooms, while continuing the relational, community-based model that has helped more than 800 Veterans rebuild their lives. Just two years after the project was announced, Timmons Group joined LVS, Baskervill, Hourigan, and STRUCTR to celebrate the opening of Phase I.
