Located in the Bailes Ridge Corporate Park, The Blythe Company has opened a 20,000 SF headquarters in Lancaster County, South Carolina.
In addition to acting as the company headquarters, the facility will house sales and distribution operations and a research and development service center.
Timmons Group provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for the facility.
The building includes surface parking for visitors and employees with loading docks along the rear of the building. The site drains to an above-ground stormwater pond at the rear of the property.
