Ben Mosier, PE, is a Senior Project Manager and Office Leader for Timmons Group’s Ellicott City, Maryland office. With more than 21 years of industry experience, he brings a broad foundation in civil engineering to every project, combining technical depth with a client-focused approach to project delivery. Ben holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Ben specializes in managing public and private land development projects, overseeing multi-discipline teams and coordinating across architects, landscape architects, lighting designers, and specialty consultants. His project management approach centers on clear communication, disciplined scheduling, and rigorous quality control. He establishes expectations early, monitors budgets closely, and maintains transparency with clients through regular progress reporting and coordination meetings.

His project experience reflects the range of work he manages. At Spirit Park Amphitheater in National Harbor, Maryland, Ben served as Project Manager for the redevelopment of a riverfront outdoor performance venue, directing site access design, parking reconfiguration, ADA-compliant circulation, stormwater quality treatment, and trail realignment. His broader background also includes experience across student housing, office buildings, road widening, and stormwater flood control projects across the Maryland region.
