DeeDee Frasure is a Senior Survey Manager with Timmons Group’s survey practice, bringing more than 26 years of industry experience across a wide range of public and private sector projects in South Carolina and beyond. She offers strong technical expertise and solutions-focused leadership across all phases of surveying work, from boundary and topographic surveys to construction staking and easement plat preparation.
Her project experience spans municipal, institutional, and transportation clients, including sidewalk and roadway corridor surveys, school and fire station site surveys, drainage improvement projects, and FEMA Elevation Certificate preparation. Notable work includes the Snee Farm Community Drainage Improvements in Mount Pleasant, the Maybank Highway and River Road Intersection Improvements in Charleston County, and surveys supporting the College of Charleston’s Stern Student Center renovation.
Named South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor of the Year in 2020 and a past president of the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors, DeeDee is also an Adjunct Professor at The Citadel and a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors. She holds an Associate of Science in Survey from Big Sandy Community and Technical College and is a Registered Professional Surveyor in South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
