Tim is a Technical Manager on the Geospatial Services Team, specializing in the implementation and ongoing support of Linear Referencing Systems (LRS) for state and local departments of transportation. Drawing on his experience working within transportation agencies, Tim brings a well-rounded understanding of the business, technical, political, and interpersonal dynamics that shape these organizations. Frequently serving as the technical lead on LRS projects, Tim leverages his expertise to design LRS data models, configure enterprise LRS applications, and deliver knowledge transfer that meets clients where they are—using their terminology and aligning with their operational realities.
Tim lives outside of Asheville, NC with his wife Sarah and their 4-wheeled Jeep children. Tim enjoys camping, hunting, motorized outdoor recreation, and tinkering with anything mechanical.
