Chris is a Senior Project Manager in Timmons Group’s Urban Development practice. He has worked in multiple groups since his arrival at the firm, including Stormwater, Education, and now Urban. He is a very technical manager and pairs those skills with a strong understanding of what our clients desired project goals are.
Chris’s experience includes urban, commercial, and industrial developments, including public and private projects as well as quarry design. He specializes in mixed-use infill projects with a majority of his projects consisting of an affordable housing component. Much of his work is for repeat clients like Spy Rock Real Estate Group, Luck Stone, Lawson Companies, and WVS. He is always willing to take on new roles and challenges and seeks ways to improve the Urban Group’s processes so that each new project can improve from the last project.
Chris lives in Chesterfield County with his wife, Lindsey, and their two young children. Chris and his wife are both Clemson University alumni and like most Tigers, are avid Clemson sports fans. When he has spare time, which is few and far between with two kids under three years old, he enjoys playing soccer and golf.
