Overview
Timmons Group is supporting the City of Wilmington Parks and Recreation Division in the design and construction of a new Recreation and Maintenance Facility on a 7.4-acre site. The facility will include workshops, an office building, material storage, a greenhouse, parking and garages for maintenance equipment, and a stormwater control measure (SCM). Our team provided site/civil services for conceptual and schematic design and is delivering construction documents, bidding, and construction administration services. Additional scope includes tree surveys, topographic and existing conditions surveys, and fire flow testing.
