Timmons Group provided a range of civil and environmental services for Del Webb at Mallory Creek, a 304-acre, four-phase senior living residential community in North Brunswick County, North Carolina.
Del Webb at Mallory Creek is a 55+ master-planned community located near Wilmington, North Carolina. Designed for active senior living, the neighborhood features modern homes with an emphasis on community. Planned amenities include a 20,000 SF clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a dog park, which contribute to the community’s vibrant atmosphere on the Carolina coast.
Our team supported the project through environmental permitting tasks and attended agency meetings with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR). In addition to environmental services, Timmons Group was responsible for the preliminary plat, topographic survey, construction documents, pump station design and permitting, wetland impact permitting, and final subdivision platting. Phases III and IV are currently underway.
