Picture This: Coastal 61 Apartments

Coastal 61 at Oxford Village is a new multi-family development in Virginia across from Virginia Wesleyan University.

The name Coastal 61 was born due to the property’s proximity and partnership with Virginia Wesleyan University (founded in 1961) and part of a moniker often used to identify the Hampton Roads region.

The plans include 244 apartments that showcase a mixture of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans 833 to 1,395 square feet.

The development includes two four-story buildings and four three-story apartment homes.

The community amenities include a rooftop sky lounge, a two-story clubhouse, a fitness center, a game room, and a resort-style swimming pool, to name a few.

Timmons Group provided a variety of services for the apartment community including site and civil design, landscape architecture, traffic signal design, modified traffic intersection control timing, construction administration, SWPPP program preparation, and topographical and ALTA survey.
