The Publix Super Market at The Village Shopping Center is the fifth Publix we’ve worked on in the Richmond Metro Area as part of our Retail Development Program. The 48,000 SF store is located at The Village shopping center at the corner of Three Chopt and Patterson.
Known for their cleanliness, fresh-store prepared food, and staff helpfulness, Publix is a Florida-based grocery store chain that has been strategically evolving store concepts north from their roots of Florida and Georgia.
Our teams provided a full array of land development services, including site engineering, landscaping, wetland permitting, and site survey.
Timmons Group works with a number of national retailers, developers, and design-build contractors to deliver multi-site retail projects that are strategic, consistent, and efficient.
