Picture This: Matrix Midtown Apartments

Timmons Group provided civil engineering services for the construction of a multi-family residential building in the City of Richmond. The site is centrally located along Canal Street, a major arterial linking historic Shockoe Bottom, VCU, and the Fan district.

 

 

The Matrix Midtown is a 47-unit, 4-story building, with a mezzanine level, located on 1st and Canal Streets in the heart of Downtown. The project was developed by The Monument Companies and Sensei Development.

 

 

Walter Parks Architect was the architect on the project. O’Neil Engineering Services was the MEP. Timmons Group provided design, survey, civil engineering, construction stakeout, permitting assistance, and CA services on this project.
