Overview

Completed in 2010, this Permittee Responsible Mitigation (PRM) Site was developed for Southampton County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) as a component of a larger environmental and industrial development Land Plan. Historically utilized for no till soybean and cotton production, the PRM Site was developed to provide onsite compensatory wetland mitigation for the development of the adjacent industrial park.
