Overview
Techtronic Industries (TTi), a global manufacturing company, began construction in 2018 of their new 300k square-foot office and product development facility in Anderson County, SC. The project, code-named Project Nasa, will serve as a signature building on TTi's corporate campus located near the intersection of I-85 and Highway 81. The project also includes a parking deck to accommodate TTi's employees.
Timmons Group played a large role in the design of the project by providing civil engineering design services. The Timmons Group team developed the conceptual site and utility master plan for the property, as well as construction documents including a site layout and circulation plan, utility infrastructure plan, and grading and stormwater management plan.
