Ryan is a senior project manager in Timmons Group’s Virginia Beach office. He has over two decades of experience in the construction and engineering fields. He manages a wide variety of markets including commercial, residential, and stormwater management solutions. He has extensive experience in site layout, grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, utility system design, storm sewer design, stormwater management, SWMM modeling, cost estimating, and bid support. As project manager, he prepares budgets and proposals for projects, manages deadlines and project submittals, and works closely with clients and reviewing agencies throughout the permitting process.
