Overview
The project area encompasses 62 acres and includes a 600,000-square-foot warehouse with office space, parking spaces, a loading bay, drive aisles, utilities, data infrastructure and stormwater management facilities. Niagara Bottling LLC, a family-owned and
-operated bottled beverage supplier, invested $95 million to establish a manufacturing and bottling operation at Meadowville Technology Park in Chesterfield County. Timmons Group provided field survey, civil design, landscape architecture, permitting, and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) services, compaction testing, concrete testing which included, slump, air, temperature testing, casting 4×8-inch strength specimens, floor flatness/floor levelness, and structural steel observations during construction. These services included Special Inspections in accordance with the latest editions of the Virginia Uniform Building Code and international Building Code (IBC).
