DBITS provides an efficient and cost-effective way for Texas state agencies, public institutions of higher education, public school districts, and other local government entities to solicit services from vendors who have been vetted and approved by the Texas Department of Information Resources. How to Place an Order
DBITS is designed to make procurement easy for eligible Buyers. To purchase services under this contract:
- A Buyer creates a Statement of Work (SOW) and releases it to one or more approved DBITS vendors of their choice in the selected category.
- The Buyer evaluates vendors’ responses and issues a purchase order. The purchase order is governed by the terms and conditions of the DIR DBITS contract and any additional, non-conflicting terms and conditions applied by the Buyer.
