Roger Rodriguez, PE, LEED AP

Roger Rodriguez specializes in Commercial and Private Land Development projects. He oversees program management for multiple private development markets, including retail, mixed-use, multi-family, competition motorsports and landside airport work. Roger manages all the services the firm provides, bringing multiple resources to support a project and providing a single point of contact for the client. Roger’s experience allows him to bring projects from inception to occupancy, including land use entitlements, construction drawings, municipality approvals and construction management. Roger is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves as the Government Relations Chair for Virginia and sits on the State Conference Planning Committee.

Roger has lived in Henrico County for 10 years.  In the fall, he can be often be found attending Virginia Tech football games. He also enjoys traveling, attending sporting events of all types and spending time with his family, friends and his Yellow Lab.
