Michael Patey specializes in Design-Build land development projects. He focuses on Timmons Group’s design-build teaming opportunities for Federal, State and private sector projects. Michael has nearly 20 years of industry experience, and has performed design, permitting and construction management for public and private sector projects relating to site development, regional stormwater management systems, water distribution and sewer collection infrastructure systems.
Michael lives in Chesterfield County with his wife, Cynthia, and three children, Caitlyn, Cameron and Caroline. Michael enjoys working on his golf game, camping with his children and watching sports, as well as playing an occasional card game.

- Favorite vacation destination? Key West, Florida. It’s like a Caribbean New Orleans.
- Favorite outdoor activity? It’s a tie between Annual September white water rafting trip to the Gauley River in West Virginia and fall and spring Indian Princess/Guides campouts with the kids. It’s not hard camping, but it’s camping.
- Favorite sports team? College sports: Miami Hurricanes; NFL: My fantasy team
- Favorite movie? Blade Runner, a visionary flick for the early 80s.
