Ivan Wu, PE

Ivan Wu specializes in Residential Land Development projects and is responsible for all aspects of residential land development involving affordable housing, redevelopment, infill development, HOPE VI, multi-family projects, conventional subdivisions, master planned communities, and mixed-use and traditional neighborhood developments (TNDs). He is involved with projects from the early vision stages through rezoning and construction completion to final plat recordation. With more than 22 years of design experience, Ivan prides himself in establishing strong relationships with clients to better develop unique project solutions, and staying current on local standards and changes that affect his clients.

Ivan lives in Richmond. He enjoys running, golf, travel, cuisine and hanging out with family and friends. He volunteers for the local Guiding Eyes for the Blind program, Richmond Road Runners Club and the Sports Backers.
