C. Scott Brown, PE, CSI, is the Managing Principal of the Healthcare Division at Timmons Group. In this role, Scott is active in business development efforts and oversees a dedicated team of skilled professionals experienced in the planning, design and construction of healthcare facilities. He has more than 17 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering design and project management and applies his expertise to all projects through mentoring and team development. Scott has established valuable relationships with representatives in the healthcare field by his ability to initiate and successfully complete a wide variety of notable projects with a high customer satisfaction. His commitment to outstanding client service, quality design and timely performance has proven to be a solid foundation for successful project management.
Scott is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and he earned a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. He is very involved in various professional and civic organizations including the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
Scott lives in Midlothian with his wife, Marie and their four active kids, Olivia, Miles, Wyatt and Greyson. When he gets time to relax, Scott enjoys kicking back and watching South Carolina Gamecock football and baseball games, as well as brewing his own signature beverage in the shed he calls his man cave. He also enjoys spending time with the family at the beach in Litchfield/Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
