Bruce McCloy, PE, LEED AP, DBIA

Bruce McCloy specializes in Government Land Development projects and is responsible for the management and design of Local, State, and Federal government facilities. With more than 17 years of experience, he launched the firm’s site development practice for the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies, primarily through the use of Design-Build or IDIQ contracts. Bruce is involved with projects from the early programming and study stages through construction completion. He is responsible for the site design of libraries, fire stations, public safety training facilities, police stations, Federal and State prisons, jails, courthouses, and other facilities where site access is restricted.
Bruce lives in Midlothian with his wife, Katie, and two children, Elena and Connor. Bruce enjoys spending time with his family and reading at the beach, and he has a passion for international travel.
