Charlotte and Greensboro Offices

Brian Crutchfield manages engineering projects in Timmons Group’s Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina, offices. Brian joined Timmons Group in 2000 in the corporate headquarters and relocated to Charlotte in 2008 to open the branch. Brian has worked on a broad array of land development projects, including site plans, residential subdivisions, campus master plans, utility infrastructure projects and feasibility studies for both public and private clients. Brian’s site design experience includes shopping centers, industrial buildings, public schools, hotels, assisted living facilities, financial institutions and multi-family developments. He is Corporate Manager of the firm’s wireless tower facility design projects.

Brian lives in Charlotte. He enjoys golf, fishing and spending time on the lake. Brian is an active representative of the Virginia Tech Hokie Club and organizes local fundraisers to benefit scholarships for student athletes. He roots for the Hokies with family and friends most Saturday afternoons in the fall.
